Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation
Many conditions can look like ADHD, including anxiety, depression, sleep problems, medical conditions, and learning disorders. Our evaluation uses clinical interviews, standardized testing, rating scales, and a careful review of your history to determine whether ADHD is the most accurate explanation for your symptoms.
Best for: Adults who struggle with attention, organization, time management, task completion, or workplace/academic performance.
Evaluation Fee
$2100 ($500 due prior to first visit and remainder due prior to testing appointment)
What to Expect
What to expect: typically this will be 3 appointments-a 60-90 minutes intake visit (can be video or in person), an in person testing appointment 2-3 hours, and then an hour feedback appointment (can be video or in person).We will also want to collect digital forms from people who know you well. Please also submit any old report cards or previous relevant academic assessments.

Learning & Academic Evaluation
This evaluation looks beyond grades or test scores to understand how you learn. We assess academic skills, cognitive abilities, attention, memory, and processing efficiency to determine whether a specific learning disorder or another factor is contributing to your difficulties.
Best for: College students, graduate students, adults returning to school, and professionals seeking academic or workplace accommodations.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation
A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation examines emotional, behavioral, personality, and cognitive functioning may be the answer. This assessment is especially helpful when previous diagnoses have been unclear, conflicting, or only partially explained your symptoms.
Best for: Individuals with complex or longstanding concerns involving anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, personality features, attention problems, or cognitive changes.

$3000 ($500 due prior to first visit and remainder due prior to testing appointment)
What to Expect
What to expect: typically this will be 3 appointments-a 60-90 minutes intake visit (can be video or in person), a longer testing visit (3-5 hours) that may include interviews with family members, psychological testing (may be video or in person depending on what testing we need to complete), and then an hour feedback appointment (can be video or in person). We may also want to collect digital forms from people who know you well, review old psychiatric notes, or consult with your current providers.

Cognitive Baseline Assessment
This assessment measures attention, memory, processing speed, language, executive functioning, and reasoning while you are functioning at your usual level. Establishing a baseline allows future evaluations to be compared against objective data rather than memory or subjective impressions.
Best for: Adults with a family history of dementia, individuals in occupations with cognitive risk, athletes or others with concussion exposure, and anyone who wants a documented record of current cognitive functioning.
Evaluation Fee
$1800 ($500 due prior to first visit and remainder due prior to testing appointment)
What to Expect
Typically this will be 3 appointments: a 60-90 minutes intake visit (can be video or in person), an in person testing appointment 2-3 hours, and then an hour feedback appointment (can be video or in person). If this is a re-assessment (typically at least 2 years after original assessment with me) you can expect the process to be about an hour shorter and only $1500.

Pre-Surgical Psychological Evaluation
I provide professional, respectful evaluations for bariatric surgery, spinal cord stimulation, pain-management procedures, and other physician-referred surgical assessments. The focus is on readiness, understanding of the procedure, adherence factors, and psychological considerations relevant to surgical outcomes.
Best for: Patients whose surgeon, hospital, or insurance company has requested a psychological evaluation before a procedure.
Evaluation Fee
$1500 ($500 due prior to first visit and remainder due prior to testing appointment)
What to Expect
Typically this will be 2 appointments: a 120 minute initial visit in person for clinical history and administration of any psychological testing, and then a feedback appointment (can be video or in person).
